I just came from Laser Lights acouple of days ago to get a tattoo removed but let me tell you Laser Lights is the BEST place to go for all of your cosmetic needs they offer so many great services and the staff are so friendly and helpful. They have DEALS and MEMBERSHIPS and so many great things that other places do not offer. I been to 3 other places fro my tattoo removal but this is the place to go. I’ve been there about 5 times already and I recently got serviced by VIDA and she was so great and professional and helpful. Nicole and The front desk lady are great as well !! cannot express enough how much I LOVE laser lights Duluth. Everyone in the staff is great it feels like a family that I can count on. I love this place !!!!
Nice location clean and tranquil environment. Front desk is very friendly. Nicole Powell gave me my consult to have a tattoo removed. Altho the price was higher than I wanted to pay I still decided to go with this company. They are connected to a plastic surgeon so thats why I think they are priced so high. Nicole made me feel comfortable and explained the entire process to me and helped me manage my expectations. I feel like I will be in good hands when I start my lazer removal next week. Over all recomend!
I have received laser hair removal service from Laser Lights for many years. Their rates are comparable to other places. They are excellent and take in providing laser hair removal to dark skin. I have tried other places in search of a deal and they simply don’t measure up to Laser Lights. I always return to Laser Lights.

The services provided at laser lights are truly magnificent. The staff members are great to work with and easy to talk to. Having a scar removed can bring a variety of uneasy feelings but Nicole and Diane make the process very comfortable by being straight forward and truly caring about results. They are very passionate about the work they do and are very personable. It's as if providing the best results is their personal goal and I'm glad to have Nicole working on my scar and already see a major improvement. I look forward to the finished product.
If I could give this place and this team negative stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE. They are NOT experienced and you would think they went to school online for this — clearly they practice things for the first time on their patients. They severely damaged my face and it has never been the same since. I chose to stop coming for treatments when I noticed my face getting worse and worse until I saw it looking severely damaged after several months still. I contacted them to received my money back for the treatments I had already paid a premium price for but never gotten. And they refused to give me my money back even though I didn’t even finish the treatments. The lady who works at the front desk is incredibly rude and unprofessional. She doesn’t know what she’s talking about and told me she would give me a call back but haven’t heard from her since. I’ve tried calling and their phones are always “down”. I don’t how that lady got hired to be honest. None of them are experienced.
I had the pleasure of touring Laser Lights Cosmetic center during an event that they hosted for some of their clients. It was an amazing event and I had the pleasure of meeting their wonderful staff. The facility is awesome and their entire staff makes you feel like family!
Everyone there are the sweetest people. Diana the scheduling coordinator and Nicole the laser specialist are the best. Accommodating, knowledgeable, they show a genuine interest in you and the prices are the best I've seen when I was shopping around before I started with them. I've been coming here for a year now and I'm going to keep coming back!
